Some insight into the world of Outcomes, Inc. from our Executive Director.

You know that first moment when you know a person is going to make a difference in your life? In the movies it usually comes with a soundtrack. My introduction to the world of special needs came with no soundtrack, no cute-meet story, no fun memory to share with the kids, and yet it has been one of the most important things in my life since I started. I began working at our children's home shortly after it opened in 1992. Since then my heart and passion for those with autism and special needs has grown exponentially. I have had the fortune to see into the world of those who prior to 1992 would have never registered on my radar. This amazing journey has had its ups and downs, but I have been so lucky to be part of Outcomes, Inc. through it all.

My journey has allowed me a chance to see the world from a different perspective and to gain many friendships along the way.

The Services We Provide

Outcomes, Inc. provides both residential and in-home services to those with autism and within the developmental disabilities spectrum. We are a non-profit that began in 1986, and can boast we have sustained the support of some of our original board members. Our focus has always been to ensure that those we serve have the best possible care. My goal as the executive director is to ensure that everyone that comes through our door experiences intentional and authentic relationships that better their world.

The Real Difference

After 30 years in this industry, I know that the services we provide are about the relationships we build. If we don't have that, it really doesn't matter. I am fortunate to have a wonderful network of employees who make that difference, making each day better and being part of something really wonderful. Together we make a difference today!
